Unable to detect all the tape drives(LTO4) in LInux(RHEL5.4) server

Hello experts,
I need your expert help to resolve a issue with tape(ESL 560 librery with LTO4 drive) drive configuration in a linux(RHEL5.4) server.I am facing issue with two linux servers while adding the tape drives in a HP Data Protecter.I have 3 LTO4 drives in Tape librery and I did zoning for all the three Tape drives to both the linux server.

While scanning the tape drives. In one server I can see all the drives,But only two drives are getting detected by DP.I have checked in server as well, I am getting error for one of the tape drive while checking the status with mt command. see below output for server1.

For the another server I am getting only two drives in server itself and DP also showing only two drives while scanning. But I did Zoning for all the drives. Please see the output for server2.
Output is truncated
